Ordering
Please ensure that an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number is added to all orders. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery. Normally we aim to deliver within 1-4 working days. Orders placed after 1pm GMT may take an extra day delivery. The delivery time depends on the destination country, please refer at our Shipping & Delivery for more details. As soon as you have received your 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us with your tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit and debit cards including: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. All transactions on Chris&Tibor website are processed using Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Our prices are fixed and will be charged in GBP (British Pounds). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gift as per International import regulations.

MasterCard® SecureCode
For additional security, we have introduced MasterCard® SecureCode for all Visa and Mastercard transactions. This service protects your existing card against unauthorised use by prompting you for a private password every time you make a purchase with us. When you reach the checkout page on our site, you will be re-directed from our checkout page, to your card issuers’ website, where you will be asked to re-confirm some details and enter your password.
Delivery Address
You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Delivery times and charges
Chris&Tibor uses a quality selection of worldwide express couriers to ship your order. The estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence form the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note all orders require a signature upon receipt!

Returns & Replacements


Making a return or exchange is easy. We offer full refund (less shipping costs) on any purchases provided they are returned by registered and insured mail in their original condition, within 14 days from receipt (7 days for discounted items). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.

For all international returns, please ensure that you clearly declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ on all paperwork for customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty by customs. We will then need to pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods. When you return goods, please use a registered and insured mail service that requires a signature on delivery. We suggest to retain proof of posting from your shipper as we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
